Skill Sets :
Educational Background: Bachelors or masters degree, preferably in technical writing or English. Certification in Information Mapping is an added advantage.
1. Knowledge of grammar, general writing conventions, technical-writing concepts (audience analysis, single sourcing, source control, indexing, documentation life cycle, documentation usability, and minimalism, to name a few), and American idiom
2. Ability to understand software and document it according to user wrkflows and business domains
3. Aptitude for conceptualizing graphics on complex concepts
4. Expertise with Microsoft Office, Adobe Frame Maker, Adobe Acrobat, Macromedia Robohelp, and Snag It
5. Familiarity with HTML, XML, and IT concepts
