Effective communication

Today's requirement would be not just knowledge but effective communication,unless and until this is achieved the other side would not have a clue that we have assimilated the actual issue. There are practically many types of communication ,out of them ,we list written and oral to be the distinct ones since this affects our senses directly. It should be noted that oral is more sensitive since words strike the mankind So words can be often compared to pearls thus showing the importance of verbal communication.
